Daria Littlefield
Director of customer experience
Over the past decade, I’ve helped 35+ SaaS, consumer, and AI startups build and scale support from scratch, partnering with founders and product teams, and deploying AI to resolve 70% of inbound volume.
I kept seeing the same problem: startups drowning in tickets or overhiring and burning out, stuck between clunky BPOs and bloated in-house teams. They needed a partner to design end-to-end support, hire, train, QA, and manage the team, embed AI where it makes sense, and turn support from a cost center into product insight.
That’s why I built Silicon Valley Support — a modern, all-in-one solution with AI, humans-in-the-loop, and a startup mindset baked in.
