SPARK · WORK WITH US
SPARK is the premium real-world social network. We are opening a small number of ambassador, creator and host roles in Auckland and Bangkok, for people who are already good at getting the right people into a room.
No fee to apply. No membership purchase required. Every application is read by a person.
Where are you?
Choose your city to see the roles open there. If you are somewhere else, choose the city closest to you and tell us where you are in the form.
SPARK is the premium real-world social network. People apply, they are curated, and then they meet in person in curated rooms - dinners, tastings and small evenings in real venues.
It is not a dating app and it is not another feed to scroll. People come to SPARK for friendship, for professional connection, for the people who share what they are into, and for a community that meets face to face. Some are open to a relationship. Many are not. The room is built for all of them.
We hold ourselves to one measure: completed real-world meetings. Not followers, not installs, not registrations. Whether two people actually met, and whether they would meet again.
That measure is why these roles exist. A room only works if someone brings the right people to it and looks after them once they arrive.
These are project and performance based roles. They are not salaried employment, and no role on this page comes with a guaranteed income.
Some roles pay commission under written partner terms. Others are paid per agreed piece of work, with the fee agreed in writing before the work starts. Where a number is not settled, we say so rather than quoting one we cannot stand behind.
You do not pay us anything to apply, and you are never asked to buy a membership to be considered.
Five roles. One application. Pick the one that fits you best, and tell us if a second one also does.
You are already the person who organises the night. This is that, with a venue, a format and a programme behind it.
An ambassador brings the right people into SPARK rooms, and then shows up to those rooms. That is the role. It is not a sales list and it is not a posting quota. We trust your judgment about who belongs in a room far more than we count how many names you produce.
Campus ambassadors do the same thing inside a university or a workplace community, with people they already know.
What you would do
What you bring
Pay: recurring performance-based commission on qualifying customer membership revenue under written partner terms. Final percentages are confirmed before paid referral activity begins. No quota. No fee to take part.
Apply as an ambassadorBe one of the recognisable faces of SPARK in your city.
You present to camera, on short vertical video. Hooks, explainers, city observations, and the feel of a real SPARK evening where the people in it have consented to be filmed.
The brief is tighter than a normal brand deal, because nothing may be staged or presented as something it is not. That constraint is the reason the work is more interesting than an ad read.
We provide the scripts, the concepts, the hooks, the direction and access to SPARK evenings. You bring your personality, a phone, a microphone and consistency.
What you would do
What you bring
Pay: project based. A fee is agreed in writing for each defined piece before the work starts. We do not quote a rate before we have spoken.
Apply as a creatorBehind the camera at real SPARK evenings.
You shoot the room. Stills and b-roll that show what a SPARK evening actually feels like, under a consent process that SPARK runs on the night, not you.
Nobody is photographed who has not agreed to be. If consent is not clear, we do not use the frame. That rule is not negotiable and it is one of the reasons people trust the room.
What you would do
What you bring
Pay: per booked evening or per agreed deliverable, set in writing before the booking is confirmed. Usage and delivery are agreed at the same time.
Apply as a photographer or videographerA host does not run a microphone. A host manufactures meetings.
You read the room, introduce two specific people for a specific reason, and make sure nobody spends the evening standing on their own.
A room can feel wonderful and produce nothing, and that is a failure. A slightly awkward room where six real connections were made is a success. Second meetings are the number the whole company runs on, and a host's report is where they are first recorded.
What you would do
What you bring
Pay: per evening hosted, agreed in writing before you take the booking. No quota, and no commitment between evenings.
Apply as a hostBangkok only. You carry a small team of ambassadors rather than working alone.
A growth lead briefs a small group of ambassadors in Bangkok, keeps them supplied, and is accountable for what the group produces.
This is the role people most often mishear. A growth lead does not post and does not host. It is a leadership role, not a content role. If you want to be the face of SPARK in Bangkok, the creator track is the right one, and we will say so honestly.
You are still an ambassador yourself. Your own commission is unaffected by leading a team.

Pay: recurring performance-based commission on qualifying customer revenue under written partner terms. Approved leaders may also receive a team-results override. No one is paid merely for recruiting another partner, and exact percentages are confirmed in writing before paid referral activity begins.

SPARK is moving its ambassador programme to recurring membership economics aligned with the current monthly membership model.
Approved partners earn only from genuine qualifying customer revenue. No one is paid simply for recruiting another ambassador, and nobody has to buy a SPARK membership to participate.
Final percentages, team overrides, attribution rules, refund treatment and payment timing are documented in the written terms issued before any paid referral activity begins.
Current public membership: Thailand US$20/month; New Zealand NZ$20/month. Annual options may also be available.
Applying for a role and registering for an evening are two different things. Applying here does not put you on any guest list.
The Lancaster evening on 17 September has now taken place. The next Bangkok evening will be announced when the date and venue are confirmed.
SPARK's New Zealand launch is Thursday 24 September 2026, 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, at Sunset Rooftop Bar, Sudima Auckland City, 63 Nelson Street.
Evenings are announced as venues confirm. See spark.love/attend for the current schedule.
No. SPARK is the premium real-world social network. People join for friendship, for professional connection, for the people who share what they are into, and for a community that meets in person. Some members are open to a relationship and many are not, and the rooms are built for both.
No. Membership and applying to work with SPARK are two separate things. You can apply here without being a member, and being a member does not put you ahead in the queue.
No. There is no application fee, no joining fee, and no requirement to buy a membership at any point in the process. If anyone tells you otherwise, that did not come from SPARK.
Current public membership is US$20/month in Thailand and NZ$20/month in New Zealand, with annual options. Partner offers, where approved, are stated in the written terms in force at the time.

Not yet on this public page. The recurring partner model is being documented against the current monthly membership economics, and approved partners receive the exact worked examples in their written terms.
Genuine paid customer revenue attributed to your approved code or link and still standing after refunds, chargebacks and duplicate checks. A customer is attributed only once under the applicable partner terms.
How and when commission is paid is set out in the programme terms you receive before you commit to anything. We would rather point you at the terms than publish a timetable here that could drift out of date.
No. There is no compulsory quota, no minimum, no milestone bonus for a set number of referrals, and no monthly prize competition.
No. SPARK does not provide a live earnings dashboard. Your results are reported to you by the person who looks after you.
No, and we would rather be straight about that. These are project and performance based roles. There is no salary, no guaranteed income, no equity, and nothing on this page implies a promotion later. If a different kind of role ever grows out of this, it would be a separate conversation with its own terms.
Potentially, through a team-results override set out in written terms. Nobody is paid simply for recruiting another partner, and a team member's own commission is not reduced to create the leader's override.
No. For the ambassador and host roles a following is irrelevant. For the creator role it is nice to have and not a requirement. What matters is whether you are good in front of a phone and reliable behind one.
For the creator role, a smartphone and a microphone. For the photographer and videographer role, your own camera, lenses and portable lighting. For the ambassador and host roles, nothing.
No. You are never required to follow, tag or post about SPARK to be considered. We never ask for a password, and we never ask for access to a private account. Share public profile links only, and only if you want to.
Yes. Pick the role that fits you best as your first choice, and tell us your second in the form. Do not send two applications. If you have already applied and want to change your choice, reply to the acknowledgement email we send you and we will update the same application.
Yes, unless it is a direct competitor. Tell us in the form what you are working on so nobody is surprised later.
Yes. Anything paid depends on you being legally allowed to do that work where you are. The form asks about this and includes an option for people who need to check first. Saying you need to confirm does not count against your application, and we will not ask you for a passport or ID scan at this stage.
You need to be 18 or over to apply.
It helps and it is not a requirement for every role. Tell us which languages you are comfortable working in and we will take it from there.
No. Applying for a role and registering for an evening are two separate actions. If you want to come to a SPARK evening, register for it at spark.love/attend. An application on this page never adds anyone to a guest list.
No. An applicant is not a member and is not an approved ambassador. Anything provided to an approved ambassador, host or creator is written into their terms. Nothing is implied by this page.
A person reads it. If it looks like a fit we get in touch to arrange a short conversation. After that, if we both want to go ahead, you get the terms in writing before you agree to anything.
Write to us and we will find your application. Every application is read.
Auckland and Bangkok. If you are somewhere else, choose the closer city and tell us where you actually are in the form. We will keep your details if you ask us to.
We use it to review your application and to talk to you about working with SPARK. We do not sell it or trade it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you applied. There are three separate tick boxes in the form so you decide what we may do beyond the review itself.
Yes, at any time. Write to us and we will remove it.

There is no fee, and you are not asked to buy anything.
THAILAND · COUNTRY MANAGER
This is a separate founder-style Market Partner path for someone ready to own Bangkok revenue, events, partnerships and community. No fixed salary initially; performance-based upside.
View the Country Manager role →We use what you send here to review your application and to talk to you about working with SPARK. That is the only reason we ask for it.
A person at SPARK reads it. We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you applied.
We do not ask for bank details, tax documents, passport or ID scans in this form. If you are approved and we go on to agree terms, anything of that kind is collected separately, at that point, and only what is actually needed.
